Once again a Griaß Enk in Pertisau.
We make every effort to ensure that you can really enjoy your holiday with us and that you can fully enjoy the Achensee region. It is extremely important to us that you feel comfortable, like you are in your second home.
In the immediate vicinity you have the Achensee, the Karwendel nature reserve and numerous events and activities.
We have summarized all relevant information for you in the digital guest folder, or click on the links to access information pages for the region.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at any time. Even if something isn't so good, please tell us directly. Don't be afraid to do so. We prefer to hear it directly so that we can take care of it right away and make improvements. If you leave a review with a comment afterwards, it's too late.
But we don't want it to get that far. We hope you've found everything you need so far and are already enjoying it.

We introduce ourselves
The Alpenland apartment building has been a family business for over 30 years. Rosi Micheli and Ernst Micheli built the building. Rosi ran it with all her heart and soul. Sadly, our dear Rosi passed away at the beginning of 2023. It was important to her that her life's work be continued, and we are doing so with great joy.
Now the house is run by Marie.
Marie is the manager of the house, the contact person for all matters, and the fairy godmother of the Alpine region. She ensures that everything runs smoothly and that you can enjoy your holiday.

KEY
Two keys are hanging on the coat rack. The keys unlock the apartment and the front door.
INTERNET
Your apartment's internet password is in the gold frame. We have a fiber optic connection with 150 Mbps. Please do not stream movies over the Wi-Fi, or only in moderation, to keep the network stable.
SMOKE
is not permitted.
PETS
are not allowed for hygienic reasons
BREAKFAST PASTRIES
See details in the guest information folder under "Breakfast". Pre-orders must be placed by 12:00 noon the day before.
WASTE SEPARATION
We care about our environment. The garbage room is to the right of the double garage.
We separate
- Deposit bottles (aluminum and plastic),
- Organic waste,
- Glass,
- Plastic,
- Cardboard,
- Newspapers,
- Cans/Aluminum.
& the rest goes into the residual waste.
