Especially in summer, the most beautiful weather - especially in the afternoon - can turn into heavy storms, rain and thunderstorms within a few minutes .

Please inform yourself about the weather conditions when going on longer hikes so that you do not take any risks.

When leaving the apartment, we ask that you close the windows and doors completely to avoid storm and water damage.

Arrival is possible from 2:00 p.m. If you arrive later than 6:00 p.m., please let us know.

Check-out is until 10:00 am so that we can prepare the apartment for the next guests.

A late check-out is only possible at short notice & for an additional charge if we have no arrivals on the same day

In Maurach there is a bank next to the Spar or opposite M-Preis.

It is not possible for guests from other establishments to share the apartment.

The bus stop is opposite the house. The bus schedule is available there. With the Achensee Card you can use the bus between Pertisau-Maurach-Achenkirch-Wiesing-Jenbach for free.

The storage room for bicycles and skis is to the right of the double garage.

See details in the guest folder under "Breakfast". Pre-order by 12:00 noon the day before.

You will find the internet password in the golden frame in your apartment. We have a 150MB fiber optic connection. Please do not stream films over the WiFi or only in moderation so that the internet connection remains stable. If the internet has a problem, you can unplug the Devolo device and plug it back in. It should work again after a few minutes (not all apartments have routers plugged in).

Towels are included. For stays of 7 days or more, we change towels free of charge.

For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed.

HEATING

The room temperature can be regulated directly on the radiators. Saving energy protects the environment. When the heating is on, we ask that you do not keep the windows open all the time. Ventilation saves resources.

VENTILATION

We have central ventilation in the bathrooms. There is no additional switch for the ventilation in the bathroom. The house was designed that way and we cannot easily retrofit it, so the central ventilation runs for all the apartments. We also do not have extractor hoods in the kitchens, but that is not so easy to retrofit either.

In the basement you will find books in the left wooden cupboard.

The environment is important to us. The garbage room is next to the double garage. We separate organic waste, bottles, plastic, cans/aluminum, cardboard and newspapers. Only the rest goes into the residual waste.

We ask you to support the separation of waste.

Each apartment is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine. Selected premium coffee varieties from Nespresso are available for you. You will find the coffee capsules on the first floor and also the coffee till. We do not charge separately for the capsules and rely on your trust.

In the evenings we ask for extra consideration. Please keep the noise level down in your room. Noisy nighttime celebrations are permitted.

There is one free parking space available per apartment. For additional parking spaces we charge EUR 10 per day.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment & house.

You can also book the sauna. The wellness area is then yours alone. We do not have sauna times. We charge EUR 8 per person for 2 hours including the heat cabin (minimum number of 2 people).

The heat cabin costs EUR 2.50 per application.

Solarium & whirlpool are not in operation.

Use of the sauna and wellness area must be registered with us. Payment is made with the final bill.

Two keys are hanging on the wardrobe in the apartment. The keys lock the apartment and the front door.

When you leave, don't forget to hang the keys back there.

The storage room for skis and bicycles is to the right of the double garage.

In the basement there is a large cupboard on the left side. There you can find vacuum cleaners, brooms and books.

The tourist office is near the lake at Vitalberg. The same goes for the post office. There is another post office in Maurach.
