Breakfast / Bread & Pastries

We get fresh bread and pastries delivered daily from a Tyrolean bakery. Orders must be placed by 12:00 noon the day before at the latest . To ensure that you have enough to order for the first morning, you can of course place your order for the first morning (or the entire vacation) from home. What is in the apartments and you don't need to bring with you

The bedding, towels, hairdryer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and capsules filter coffee machine, kettle, dishes, cutlery, glasses, washing-up liquid and sponge, cutting boards and good knives, wooden spoon, can opener, hand soap, toilet paper.

The holiday checklist when you are still at home

- Thicker jacket for the evening (we are at almost 1000m, so it cools down in the evening) or a rain jacket

- outdoor pants

- Backpack

- hiking socks or ski socks

- A hip flask must definitely be in the backpack

- Ski boots, ski poles, skis and ski helmet with ski goggles and/or cross-country skis (rental is possible)

- Hat & Gloves

- Sunglasses

- Bikini & swimming trunks (in summer and winter) for wellness or ice bathing in winter :) in summer the lake already reaches 23-24 degrees on the surface.

- Sandals or flip-flops and bathrobe and a beach towel

- Binoculars , the chamois, deer and ibex are waiting to be seen

- Shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush & toothpaste, sunscreen, contact lenses

- Passport / identity card

- travel insurance and foreign insurance

- travel first aid kit

- Take care of the flowers at home, redirect the mail and empty the fridge

- Please let us know by email when you will be in Pertisau so that we can plan your arrival

- Turn off the heating and unplug electrical appliances

- Turn off the water

- Close windows, doors and shutters

- Don't forget the charger for your phone & PC

- Power bank for on the go, so that the mobile phone stays supplied with power.

The best way to get to us by car is via the Achenpass or Kufstein. Both are equally fast. If you use the motorway in Austria on holiday, don't forget to get the vignette.

If you come by train, you can take the bus from Jenbach to Pertisau. Politely tell the bus driver that you will soon receive the Achensee Card, and then you might be able to get to Pertisau for free.

You can check into the apartment from 2:00 p.m. Before 2:00 p.m. we may still be busy cleaning. Cleaning the apartment takes time, especially when the whole house is leaving. This is also the reason why check-out is already at 10:00 a.m. Otherwise we won't be finished.

We have marked the parking spaces below.

There are 3 parking spaces to the left of the double garage. If you have a shorter car , we ask you to use one of these 3 parking spaces next to the double garage . Please make sure that you drive right up to the wall of the neighboring house in the 3 parking spaces so that the cars can drive out of the double garage.
